1. Show Term. Audio submissions begin June 14, 2010 and end on July 31, 2010.

2. Sponsor. The Christian Music Explosion Talent Show is sponsored by 4KIDS of South Florida, Inc.,
hereinafter collectively known as “CME.” 4KIDS of South Florida, Inc. is a Florida not‐for‐profit organization and recognized as a 501(c)(3) entity by the Internal Revenue Service.

3. How to Enter.
a. Read the official Christian Music Explosion rules online at www.ChristianMusicExplosion.org. By submitting your entry to this show you are signifying your agreement with these rules.
b. Record the song of your choice. Submissions should be no longer than 2 minutes long.
c. ReachFM will hold live auditions on July 31, 2010 starting at 10:00 AM. ReachFM is  located at 2701 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Ft. Lauderdale, 33309.
d. CME reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its discretion.
e. Potential participants in the CME must be available one week prior to the show for an interview with show officials (you will receive notification with date, time, and place) and one day prior to the event (Thursday, August 19, 2010) for a rehearsal.
Limit one (1) entry per person. All submissions become the sole and exclusive property of CME. The
submission must not infringe on any rights of any third parties. Receipt of entries will not be
acknowledged and entries will not be returned.

4. How to Win.
A panel of CME judges will review each audio submission and make the final winning selection. Judges reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any and all audio submissions that are inappropriate for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entries become the sole property of CME and will not be returned. All registration fees are non‐refundable. All decisions of CME are final. Chosen submissions will be notified by August 6, 2010.

5. General Conditions.
CME and its sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the show, or otherwise, and CME assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction of any submission. CME, its agents, clients, and/or promotional partners, are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, or late entries which may limit a users ability to participate in the show.

If, for any reason the show is not capable of running as planned by reason of tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that, in the sole opinion of CME, could corrupt
or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the show, CME reserves the
right, at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the show, and to not distribute any
prize.
